The Sherpa Tourism Entrepreneurs Association of Nepal  (STEAN) is a non-profit organization.STEAN is the Largest Umbrella Association of Sherpa,Where all the Sherpa Tourism Entrepreneurs can take Membership and it represents the interests of Sherpa entrepreneurs involved in the tourism industry.

The main objectives of STEAN are to promote the development of responsible and sustainable tourism in the Sherpa communities, to support the professional growth of Sherpa tourism entrepreneurs, and to enhance the visibility of Sherpa culture and heritage. The organization works to improve the living standards of Sherpa people through the development of the tourism industry and to preserve the unique cultural heritage of the Sherpa community for future generations.
